How do we version and update these documents?
Every document carries a version number and the date it took effect. A wording fix raises the number after the point, from 1.0 to 1.1. A change in substance raises the whole number, from 1.1 to 2.0. Each document's review history says what changed, and this website always shows the current version.
We keep every earlier version of each document. If you need one, ask us by email and we'll send it to you.
